Elsa by kleinmeli Elsa by kleinmeli
Can we all agree on one fact? Everyone needs an Elsa in their sketchbooks…

I decided to use pastels for the colored parts of her...it's slowly coming along...I think.

How?
How did you do that?
I am impressed...
When I'm using pastels they're like all over the page and this is just perfect...

I really love this piece. But I was wondering, how did you remove the page seam in the final piece or is it a copy on flat paper?

Thank you!
I have a really good scanner, so removing the line was really easy. I used the little Photoshop "clone brush" to remove the line. :) (Smile) Came out okay, didn't it?

Thanks for telling me. Saw it a few hours ago and just reported her and my stolen drawing.
I'm at the point were I just report art thieves without getting into discussions with such people. It's useless anyway.

Yeah. It's just pathetic. I went as far as to going to her Watchers and placed a note on their wall saying she's a scammer.

I'm not that good, and I use bases that I PURCHASED from the owner, but I don't scam them.

I ,also, give the owner a small profit of the points I DO  earn.

These people exists and you can't change it.
I learned the hard way to accept that there is just no talking to those people. It#s a waste of time.
Time I don't indent to invest in such creatures, really.

BUT they are a small minority on here. Most of the people give credit or asked the owner.
Obviously you are one of the good guys and that makes it bearable to deal with idiots like this Chloe character.

Kao Emoji-26 (Cry) [V2] YOU'RE JUST SO NICE.

And yeah, I understand. WELP. Sorry about her, him, or it, for takin' yer art. Since they don't have the courtesy to even like
say she stole it, let alone apologize.

Awww, it has nothing to do with being nice. I just don't like internet fights. I just don't see the point.
I like to have a friendly attitude online. I think it brings way more joy than being arrogant or plain right mean. Right?

People like this NEVER apologize. ou get used to it.
I remember a woman telling me to...and I quote: "Just chill bitch, I found it by google and I didn't know it was drawn. You shouldn't post it to google idiot!"

After that I just quit talking to them and report it right away.
I think this is the mature way to go.

Just a question, sorry to interfere.. Is what I'm doing called stealing ? I mean, I'm using downloaded brushes, fonts, and I get the images online.. But if I use a drawing someone made and posted here on DA I add a message at in the description tagging them and saying something like: Credit to ____ for the ____ drawing. I also started adding a message to all my latest posted art saying: "All elements used do not belong to me, credit to their rightful owners."  Is that still called stealing ? O:

Okay, this is a tricky one.

I can only advice you to contact the artist beforehand and ask for permission.
That you give credit is a REALLY good thing and you will see that most people are ok with you using their stuff.

Downloading brushes is fine, look around deviantart, many digital artists offer free brush-sets! ;)

If you use a drawing were you do not know who did it...just don't use it.
It's all I can say about it.
Google actually helps you with finding the owners. www.google.de/imghp?hl=de&… Just upload the picture and google tells you were you can find the original artist. (Most of the time)

Hope this helps you a little. ;)

If you post their work as they created it and called it yours, you're stealing. If people offer for free the use of brushes, fonts, stock images, etc and you use them to create something new, then you're not stealing. And, since you're giving credit you're going above and beyond. Chloe is telling people she drew the image above herself. She is even going into detail like saying it took her a month to draw it. Which is obviously a lie.

Thank you. Ahh, don't worry. she is reported. It's the best way to deal with those people. Report and be quite.
It just gives them the attention they wanted if you start to "talk" with them.

Aww thank you.
Nobody deserves their art being stolen...but I have to admit I seldom see such bland stealing around here. XD
I already reported her and as I saw a lot of other did so as well, as she not only stole from me, but countless others.
